Herbal Smoke Shops/Legal Highs?

Herbal Smoke Shops/Legal Highs?
Recently, I haven't been able to smoke marijuana or drink alcohol like I enjoy on occasion. I've been looking into some herbal highs from online head shops that claim to be legal. I was wondering, does anyone have any experience with these shops, and are they actually legal? I will not put myself in legal jeopardy to get high, again, and will not use these herbs if they don't do something for me. When answering, please, don't preach to me about how drug use is bad and blah blah blah. I know these are unhealthy, but I choose to take part in using them. Thanks a lot for your help!
