To Spa or not to Spa

What are people's thought on the idea of a spa in the ensuite? Personally I don't like using them, to noisy, defeats the purpose of a relaxing bath (IMO). If we don't put one in we'll still put a soak tub/bath something. I do wonder if to have one will make a difference to the long term value of the home?
