Search Engine Help for a Newbe

I'm a newbe and I don't know html, my website is www.publicstamps.com I need to know in very plain language that even a Dummie can understand. Also for all the purist that think website should follow the same look and feel if you click on the more stamps link you will see the usual bland web site look. The first page you see does not conform to that idea, it's for the Holiday Season, and it is suppose to look cheerful and happy with a lot of Christmas colors. This is a no, no for the purist. Thanks for any and all input.
